Product Description
A stainless steel shoe cabinet is a changeover storage unit placed at the entry of clean workshops, changing rooms, operating rooms, and sterile rooms to separate street footwear from dedicated cleanroom shoes. It is built from 201 or 304 stainless steel with a smooth, wipe-down surface that resists corrosion and supports daily disinfection at the changeover point. By fixing where outside shoes are removed and where cleanroom shoes are put on, the cabinet becomes part of the gowning protocol rather than a loose shelf: foot-traffic contamination is controlled at one defined location instead of being carried deeper into the clean zone. Staff entering a controlled area leave outdoor footwear on the outside and step into dedicated cleanroom shoes, which keeps shoe soles from tracking dust across the gowning line. The open or compartmentalized bench format keeps the changeover step quick and orderly for staff entering shift. Overall dimensions follow the general stainless cabinet series and are adjusted to the specific changeover bay; where a project calls for exact bench width, tier count, or footprint, those values are confirmed against the site drawing.

For a cleanroom owner, the changeover point is where most foot-borne contamination actually enters, yet it is also the spot most often under-specified as a cheap plastic bench. The procurement value of a stainless shoe cabinet here is twofold. First, the material grade can be matched to the local environment - 201 stainless for dry, low-humidity changeover rooms and 304 stainless for humid or regularly disinfected surgical and sterile areas - so money is not wasted on 304 where 201 performs. Second, because the unit is produced within our existing stainless cabinet series (1.0 mm sheet reference), non-standard lengths can be cut to fit the actual changeover bay rather than forcing the room to adapt to a catalog size, which matters in retrofitted operating rooms where wall widths are rarely standard.

Applications
- Purification workshops and changing rooms. Dedicated shoe separation at the gowning entry prevents outside soles from carrying dust into the production zone.
- Operating rooms and sterile rooms. The corrosion-resistant, wipe-clean stainless surface withstands frequent disinfecting in surgical changeover areas.
- Food and pharmaceutical change corridors. A defined changeover point supports traceable hygiene routines and keeps staff footwear organized between shifts.
Customization
- Material grade 201 / 304 by environment
- Non-standard overall length to fit the changeover bay
- Tier / shelf layout
- Overall dimensions confirmed against site drawing
Packaging & Transportation
Our stainless steel cabinets and sinks are delivered EXW (ex-works, our factory). Every unit goes through a pre-delivery inspection that covers material, welds, surface finish, and moving parts before it leaves the workshop. Products are then packed in standard protective wrapping suitable for inland container and truck transport arranged by the buyer. For customized orders, production progress (order, manufacturing, inspection, packing, loading) can be shared by photos or video on request. We do not arrange ocean freight, air freight, express, DDP or CIF terms; the buyer handles international logistics from our facility.
FAQ
Q: Can you manufacture the shoe cabinet to our sizes?
A: Yes. We can adjust overall length and tier layout within our existing stainless cabinet technology to fit the changeover bay; we do not develop entirely new product structures.
Q: Do you support OEM or ODM?
A: We do not provide OEM/ODM. We configure and size units within our mature stainless cabinet range to match the project.
Q: How do you control quality?
A: Quality is managed through raw material sourcing, in-process production monitoring, and a pre-delivery inspection of every finished unit.
