Product Description
A stainless steel locker is a personnel storage cabinet installed in cleanroom changing rooms, garment buffers, and personnel airlock areas to hold workwear, protective gowns, shoe covers, and personal belongings between shifts. The cabinet body is formed from 201 or 304 stainless steel in its natural brushed finish, which resists the humidity and repeated wipe-downs typical of clean environments and will not peel, flake, or shed paint chips into the room. The line is offered in a wide ladder of door configurations - 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, and 18 doors - so a single product family can cover both tall single-compartment units and dense multi-door storage banks. Wall thickness is selectable at 1.0, 1.1, or 1.2 mm, giving buyers a direct lever between budget and structural duty. Surfaces are kept smooth, with welds ground flush and exposed hardware minimized, so routine disinfection with standard cleanroom agents does not collect residue around corners or hinges. Because changing-room air is often humid and regularly wiped down, stainless is chosen over painted steel: it does not rust at the seams and the welded body stays sealed against the cleaning routine, which matters where garments hang in a shared room for a full shift.

When a buyer is fitting out an entire changing room, the real cost risk is inconsistency rather than the price of one cabinet. Mixed locker heights, mismatched hinges, and repeated reorders across project phases force facilities to qualify several suppliers at once. Because this locker line is produced as one continuous family across the full door-count ladder, a project can order a matched bank - for example a row of 18-door units for the main garment room together with a few 4-door units for the supervisor area - from the same tooling, the same brushed finish, and the same locking hardware. The 1.0/1.1/1.2 mm plate option can be kept uniform across the whole order, which keeps the room spec legible on the drawings and removes the need to onboard a second vendor for low-traffic zones.

Applications
- Hospital changing rooms and staff buffers. Corrosion-resistant stainless construction stands up to daily disinfection and humid locker areas, keeping staff garments separated from street clothes.
- Biopharma and food processing changing rooms. The smooth, flake-free surface supports routine cleaning required in GMP and food-hygiene environments, and the multi-door ladder fits varying staff headcounts.
- Electronics and dust-free workshops. With no paint to chip, the locker avoids particulate shedding into the clean zone while storing ESD and cleanroom garments in organized compartments.

- Door count within the 2 to 18 door range
- Sheet thickness 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 mm
- Non-standard overall dimensions

Packaging & Transportation
Our stainless steel cabinets and sinks are delivered EXW (ex-works, our factory). Every unit goes through a pre-delivery inspection that covers material, welds, surface finish, and moving parts before it leaves the workshop. Products are then packed in standard protective wrapping suitable for inland container and truck transport arranged by the buyer. For customized orders, production progress (order, manufacturing, inspection, packing, loading) can be shared by photos or video on request. We do not arrange ocean freight, air freight, express, DDP or CIF terms; the buyer handles international logistics from our facility.
FAQ
Q: What is your MOQ for stainless steel lockers?
A: For panel products our MOQ is 300 square meters; for cabinet equipment such as lockers, the order quantity is discussed project by project.
Q: Do you support OEM or ODM?
A: We do not provide OEM/ODM. Within our mature locker product range we can adjust door count, thickness, and dimensions to suit the project, but we do not develop brand-new products.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Standard units take about 10 working days. Customized dimensions or configurations are confirmed after technical discussion.
