The Magnesium Oxide Hollow Board is a color-coated steel faced sandwich panel with a hollow magnesium-oxide (MGO) core, machine-formed into a cleanroom board. Rather than a fully solid cementitious core, the MGO layer is pressed with internal hollow cavities that run along the panel, which lower overall weight compared with a solid board while the ribbed structure still carries bending rigidity. The MGO face itself cures to an extremely flat, non-shedding surface that resists dust accumulation and can be wiped to a hygienic finish, suiting controlled interiors where particle load must stay low. The factory tongue-and-groove joint supports fast, even installation, and length is cut to order to reduce waste on wall, ceiling and partition runs. The color-coated steel skins protect the MGO core and give a uniform, presentable face, and the smooth finish takes standard wash-down cleaning without trapping lint or dust in surface texture, and the 50, 75 and 100 mm thickness range with 0.35 to 0.5 mm color-coated faces suits light partitions up to deeper walls.

The hollow construction is the value point for cleanroom fit-out contractors: it lowers dead load on the supporting structure and eases manual handling during installation, which matters when crews lift panels overhead on ceilings and high walls. Packaging & Transportation

The panels are sold EXW (ex-works, picked up at our factory). Every order goes through pre-delivery inspection before it leaves the plant, and is packed with standard protective material to keep the color-coated faces flat and undamaged during inland transport. Production progress (order, production, inspection, packing and loading) can be reported to you with photos or video on request.

A: For panel products the MOQ is 300 square meters. Larger orders qualify for volume discounts.

Q: Can you produce panels to my drawings or sizes?

A: Yes. We can adapt length, thickness, steel gauge, core and jointing within our existing technology and product range; we do not engineer completely new panel types.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Standard products take about 10 working days. Customized items have the lead time confirmed after we discuss the specifications.
