Expanded Polystyrene Insulation Panel

The Expanded Polystyrene Insulation Panel is a color-coated steel faced sandwich panel with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core, forming a light, economical insulated cladding. The EPS bead foam is cured between two color-coated steel skins into a continuous board, and its closed-cell foam makes the panel exceptionally light - a key advantage where supporting structure is light or crews must handle panels by hand. It provides adequate thermal insulation and a flat, even finish, and light weight translates directly into faster installation and lower lifting effort. The color-coated surface gives a smooth, presentable face, and the tongue-and-groove joint allows rapid cladding assembly. Length is produced to order, making the panel economical for large-area, lower-specification enclosures where budget and erection speed are weighted above fire rating, and the light sheets can be fixed by a small crew with basic tools, across the 50 to 100 mm thickness range.

This is the cost- and speed-led option for warehouses, temporary structures and general industrial envelopes where fire class is not the governing factor: the lightweight EPS core cuts installation labor and reduces supporting-structure loads, so buyers working to a tight schedule or budget can close the envelope fast and with less crane time. It deliberately trades the fire rating of rockwool and the premium of reinforced handmade boards for light weight and affordability. Choose it when the priority is enclosure speed and cost rather than fire certification or a heavy cleanroom class, and it gives you a weather-sheltering, insulated shell at a low installed cost per square meter. Because the panel is light and simple to fix, small crews can close large storage and temporary footprints in a short working window, which is where this board earns its keep on a fast build.

The panels are sold EXW (ex-works, picked up at our factory). Every order goes through pre-delivery inspection before it leaves the plant, and is packed with standard protective material to keep the color-coated faces flat and undamaged during inland transport. Production progress (order, production, inspection, packing and loading) can be reported to you with photos or video on request.
