Magnesium Oxysulfide Core Board

The Magnesium Oxysulfide Core Board is a color-coated steel faced purification sandwich panel with a magnesium oxysulfide core, machine-formed into a flat, hygienic board. The oxysulfide binder cures to a rigid, non-shrinking matrix that resists deformation and warping far better than traditional magnesium-chloride boards, and it carries a degree of fire resistance while staying free of the hygroscopic chloride that can corrode steel. The panel presents a flat, level face suited to clean interiors, and the smooth color-coated skin is easy to clean and does not readily shed particles. The tongue-and-groove edge allows quick assembly, and the panel can serve as wall, ceiling or partition cladding. The continuous machine line keeps flatness consistent from sheet to sheet, and the color-coated skin wipes clean without stripping or flaking under routine sanitizing, with a neat, uniform joint line across the finished wall or ceiling, and the 50 to 100 mm thickness range covers both partition and wall applications.
