Single Leaf Cleanroom Door

The Single Leaf Cleanroom Door is the pedestrian door built to pair with a color-steel purification panel wall. The door leaf and frame are made either of cold-rolled steel sheet finished with a high-temperature baked paint, or of 304 stainless steel, giving a flat, corrosion-resistant surface that wipes clean easily. The frame is 1.2 mm thick and the leaf 0.8 mm thick; inside, the leaf is filled with paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb, which keeps the panel light yet rigid so it does not bow with use. A double-layer tempered-glass viewing window lets staff see through without opening, a stainless steel handle lock operates the door, and an auto-lifting sweep along the bottom edge rises when the door opens and drops to seal the floor gap when it closes. The door swings left or right to suit the room layout, and standard sizes run 900x2100x50 mm and 1000x2100x50 mm. The 50 mm leaf depth is set to the same thickness as the color-steel purifying panel, so the frame sits flush against the partition instead of standing proud or recessed.

This is the everyday walking door of a clean plant, and the details buyers care about are the ones that decide whether a room holds its cleanliness grade. The bottom edge of a closed door is the most common leak path, because the floor never sits perfectly flat; the auto-lifting sweep closes that gap automatically on every cycle, so the seal is not left to a rubber strip that wears and needs replacing. The honeycomb fill matters too: at a 0.8 mm leaf, a solid or hollow door would flex and sag over years of hourly use, while the honeycomb core holds the leaf flat. Because we build the door to the same 50 mm wall thickness as the color-steel panel, the jamb lines up with the partition without a messy transition.
