Double Leaf Cleanroom Door

The Double Leaf Cleanroom Door uses two door leaves that swing open as a pair, built for clean areas with heavy foot traffic or frequent material transport. The leaves and frame are made of cold-rolled steel sheet with a high-temperature baked paint, or of 304 stainless steel, for a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean surface. The frame is 1.2 mm thick and each leaf 0.8 mm thick, filled with paper honeycomb or aluminum honeycomb so the wide panel stays flat and light. A double-layer tempered-glass viewing window is set into the leaves, a stainless steel handle lock operates them, and an auto-lifting sweep along the bottom seals the floor gap when the doors are shut. Standard clear widths run 1400, 1500 and 1800 mm by 2100 mm high and 50 mm thick, with non-standard sizes available. The auto-lifting sweep runs along the bottom of both leaves, so the full wide opening seals across the floor when shut rather than leaving a gap in the middle, and the paired leaves are light enough to push open by hand despite the 0.8 mm skin.

Where a single leaf is built for people, this pair is built for flow. In logistics buffers, airlocks and shift-change entries, carts move both ways and staff cross in groups, and a narrow door becomes a choke point that stalls the whole process. Opening two matched leaves gives the full 1400-1800 mm clear at once without swinging one very heavy leaf, and because the bottom auto-lifting sweep runs along both leaves, the wide opening still seals across the floor when shut rather than leaking around an oversized panel. We size the pair to the cart and the shift headcount, so buyers do not pay for a wider opening than their actual traffic needs. The two leaves can also be opened one at a time for two-way pedestrian flow without swinging the whole pair apart.
