Single-sided Air Shower

The Single-sided Air Shower is the entry air-purification unit for cleanrooms where space is tight. Instead of jetting from two opposing walls, it discharges the high-velocity clean stream from one jet wall only, which removes a whole row of nozzles, ducting and one return path from the cabinet and keeps the footprint compact. Air is drawn through a primary filter and a HEPA filter, then blown at the operator or load from the single wall; an infrared sensor starts the cycle automatically as soon as a person steps in, an electronic interlock prevents the two doors from opening together, and a voice prompt plus smart control panel set the shower time. The cabin body is built in 201 or 304 stainless steel with a smooth, wipe-clean interior. The result is a decontamination booth that delivers the same filtered, interlocked entry control but occupies far less floor area. Because the whole filtration train - fan, primary filter and HEPA filter - is mounted on the single jet wall, the opposite face only needs a smooth interior and the return air grille, which is what keeps the cabinet depth shallow enough to drop into a retrofit doorway.

The buyers who need this booth are usually retrofitting an existing room rather than building a new clean plant: a small packaging line, a satellite lab or a light-industry workspace often has only a narrow entry corridor and cannot spare the depth a double-sided booth demands. Stripping the second jet wall is a deliberate space trade-off - one-sided blowing is still adequate when the daily traffic is low and the loads are regular-sized, and the smaller cabinet leaves room for the conveyor, bench or access door that would otherwise be squeezed out. We size the single jet wall and cabin to the actual entry opening, so the unit fits the doorway they already have.

• Food processing and packaging rooms - Low, steady operator traffic through a single doorway suits one-sided blowing, and the compact cabinet leaves the packing line unobstructed.
• Small satellite laboratories - A lab added into an existing building rarely has spare depth; the single-sided unit fits the narrow entry without relocating benches.
• Hospital controlled zones - Infrequent gowning staff do not need a double-wall booth, and the interlocked door keeps the controlled zone sealed between passes.

Goods are delivered under EXW (ex-works) terms from our Suzhou workshop. Every unit goes through quality raw-material inspection, in-process monitoring during assembly, and a full pre-delivery inspection before it leaves the factory. Units are packed with standard protective packaging suitable for inland road transport; buyers arrange and take responsibility for onward freight once goods are collected.
