Rotary Nozzle Air Shower

The Rotary Nozzle Air Shower is the personnel and material decontamination station installed before the entry to a cleanroom. Its defining feature is the set of swivelling spray balls mounted on the jet walls: each ball can be turned so the discharge angle is aimed, which lets one booth cover workwear, handheld tools and cart-borne cargo from several directions instead of from a fixed straight jet. When a person or load steps inside, the intake fan draws air through a primary filter, pushes it into the plenum chamber, passes it through a HEPA filter, and discharges it as a high-velocity clean stream through the adjustable nozzles. The dust blown off the clothing or load is not left on the floor - it is carried back through the return air path and re-filtered in a closed loop, so the cabin stays clean between cycles. An electronic interlock keeps the outer and inner doors from opening at the same time, an infrared sensor starts the shower automatically once someone enters, a voice prompt guides the cycle, and a smart control panel sets the shower duration and nozzle banks. The cabin is built in 201 or 304 stainless steel on a modular frame, and the two-side blowing layout wraps the airflow around the standing operator.

The practical value of adjustable rotary nozzles shows up the moment the load stops being a standard standing operator. Factories that pass bulky toolboxes, packaged trays or awkward carts through the booth often find fixed-angle jets leave blind spots on the underside and rear of the load; being able to aim each spray ball means the same unit can be tuned to what actually passes through it, instead of buying a second booth for odd-shaped cargo. Because the cabin is modular, the nozzle count and chamber size can also be reconfigured within our existing air-shower platform, so the equipment is matched to the site entry rather than forcing the entry to fit a catalog booth.

Interior size, 201 or 304 stainless steel body, number and layout of rotary nozzles, shower duration on the smart panel, interlock mode, and voice prompt language can all be adjusted within our mature air-shower platform.

Goods are delivered under EXW (ex-works) terms from our Suzhou workshop. Every unit goes through quality raw-material inspection, in-process monitoring during assembly, and a full pre-delivery inspection before it leaves the factory. Units are packed with standard protective packaging suitable for inland road transport; buyers arrange and take responsibility for onward freight once goods are collected.
