Unlike machine-made panels, this product is produced through a manual composite process that allows for greater flexibility in size and internal structure. The core is rock wool, reinforced with internal steel ribs for added load-bearing capacity. This makes the panel suitable for large-span walls, ceilings, and partition systems where standard sizes do not fit. The panel is available in widths of 1180 mm and custom lengths, with thickness options of 50 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm.

The rock wool core provides excellent fire resistance and sound insulation, while the internal reinforcement gives the panel higher mechanical strength compared to standard machine-made boards. The steel facings are bonded firmly to the core, creating a flat, rigid surface that does not easily warp. The joint system can be either male-female groove or centre-aluminium profile, offering installation flexibility depending on the project's design requirements.
