Product Description
The Air Shower Tunnel is the decontamination passage built for continuous foot traffic and material flow rather than for one operator at a time. Instead of a closed booth, it is an extended corridor whose length is set by the number of people expected to pass per shift and by the available layout. Multiple banks of nozzles run along the walls and ceiling, so that as people or carts move through they are met by a continuing stream of high-velocity filtered air; the blown-off dust returns through the floor and side return paths to be re-filtered. The tunnel is assembled from modular sections that can be lengthened or shortened on site, and it carries the same control layer as a standard booth - infrared sensing to start each pass, electronic interlock between the clean and unclean ends, voice prompts, and a smart control panel for timing. The body is 201 or 304 stainless steel, and nozzle count, width and length are scaled to the actual throughput. Because the sections bolt together in the field, a tunnel can also be extended later without replacing the cabin already installed, which suits lines whose output grows after the initial build.
The buying pain this solves is the bottleneck at shift change. A single booth forces a whole crew to queue, and when a plant runs three shifts or moves carts through the airlock every few minutes, that queue shows up as lost start-up time. The tunnel is not a bigger booth - it is a flow path sized to the traffic: we add modular sections and nozzle banks until the calculated pass rate matches the shift headcount, which removes the queue without building two parallel booths. For a medium-to-large clean project, scaling the length to real throughput also means they do not over-buy a tunnel longer than the line ever needs.

Applications
- Large food plants - Whole crews change gown at once between shifts; the continuous tunnel keeps the airlock moving instead of forming a queue.
- Electronics assembly lines - Operators push carts of components through the entry; the extended nozzle coverage strips lint off both the person and the trolley.
- Aseptic pharmaceutical filling zones - High and steady traffic into the filling area needs the clean/unclean ends held apart by interlocks while people keep walking through.
Customization
Tunnel length and width, single or multi-lane flow, number and position of nozzle banks, 201 or 304 stainless steel, interlock mode and control panel functions are all scaled to the site throughput.
Packaging & Transportation
Goods are delivered under EXW (ex-works) terms from our Suzhou workshop. Every unit goes through quality raw-material inspection, in-process monitoring during assembly, and a full pre-delivery inspection before it leaves the factory. Units are packed with standard protective packaging suitable for inland road transport; buyers arrange and take responsibility for onward freight once goods are collected.
FAQ
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Standard tunnel sections are about 10 working days; a tunnel built to a custom length and nozzle layout is confirmed after we review the traffic plan.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
A: Yes, volume discounts are available for larger projects that take multiple tunnel sections or equipment sets.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: EXW; standard orders use a 50% deposit with 50% before shipment.
