Single-side MGO Cleanroom Wall Panel

The Single-side MGO Cleanroom Wall Panel is a color-coated steel faced panel that combines one magnesium-oxide layer over a rockwool core, hand-assembled. Starting from a handmade rockwool board, a single MGO facing layer is bonded onto the hygienic side, which stiffens the face and raises flatness and durability while the inorganic rockwool core keeps its fire and insulation performance. Because it is hand-built, the board is produced to project dimensions for cleanroom walls, ceilings and partitions rather than a fixed stock width, and jointed with a male-female slot or aluminum center profile. The result is a clean, level wall face that can be sized precisely to the room and paired with matching cleanroom trims, gaskets and ceiling grid details for a continuous, sealed hygienic envelope in 50 to 100 mm thickness. The single MGO face stays flat and durable, and the hand build lets each panel cut to the exact wall height.
A single MGO layer is the middle step up from a plain handmade rockwool board: it stiffens and flattens the clean face where standards demand a smoother, more durable hygienic surface, without the added weight and cost of a double MGO build. For GMP rooms, food plants and labs where the wall face must stay flat and durable under repeated wiping but structural loads are moderate, this configuration targets exactly the stability upgrade that matters rather than over-specifying. It is the economical way to bring a rockwool fire core up to a cleanroom-grade face, and it avoids paying for the second MGO skin that only the highest-traffic spaces need, keeping the spend focused on the visible, wiped face of the wall where it is actually noticed day to day, rather than on hidden layers the end user never sees.
