Handmade PU Insulation Board

The Handmade PU Insulation Board is a color-coated steel faced panel with a polyurethane core and internal reinforcing structure, hand-assembled. The PU core provides strong thermal insulation with a low k-value, and the internal reinforcement raises overall strength and dimensional stability so the panel can span larger distances and follow irregular cold-chain and cleanroom spaces. In the hand process, the reinforcing frame is built first and the PU-insulated skins are closed around it, giving a board that carries point loads and longer bays without bowing. Jointing is by male-female slot or aluminum center profile, and the board is built to size for applications where insulated enclosures must also carry loads or fit non-standard layouts that a stock panel cannot reach, keeping the cold envelope continuous in 50 to 100 mm. The reinforced PU core keeps heat transfer low, and the firm joint seals the cold room against air leakage at every sheet edge.

This is the cold-chain panel for spaces a standard machine PU panel cannot serve: the reinforced hand build adds span and load capacity on top of PU's low thermal conductivity, so large cold rooms, logistics zones and irregular insulated areas can be closed with fewer intermediate supports. Buyers choose it over the machine PU cold room panel when the insulation envelope also needs structural reach or custom geometry. The value is insulated performance plus engineered span, not a better fire core, since PU remains a foam-based material - the premium buys the ability to build bigger, custom insulated boxes without extra framing, so the cold envelope goes up faster and with fewer support interruptions to the interior where equipment needs space and unobstructed access.

The panels are sold EXW (ex-works, picked up at our factory). Every order goes through pre-delivery inspection before it leaves the plant, and is packed with standard protective material to keep the color-coated faces flat and undamaged during inland transport. Production progress (order, production, inspection, packing and loading) can be reported to you with photos or video on request.
