Flame Retardant EPS Purification Board

The Flame Retardant EPS Purification Board is a color-coated steel faced panel with a PIR (polyisocyanurate) core and internal reinforcing structure, hand-assembled. The PIR core is a rigid thermoset foam with a lower thermal conductivity than ordinary EPS and a char-forming, flame-retardant behavior that restricts flame spread, so the panel delivers strong heat insulation and energy efficiency in cold and conditioned interiors. The hand-built reinforced construction supports large-format and non-standard sizes, with internal framing backing up the foam across wide sheets. The panel joints via male-female slot or aluminum center profile, suiting purified interiors that demand both thermal performance and larger, custom panels with fewer joints to seal and clean, improving long-term hygiene in 50 to 100 mm thickness. The reinforced wide sheets stay flat, and the low-thermal PIR core helps hold a steady conditioned temperature with lower energy use. Its denser, more closed cell structure also limits warm or cold air crossing the wall, and the char-forming foam slows flame spread in the event of a fire across the room, while the color-coated face stays easy to wipe clean.

This board targets the gap between ordinary EPS and premium PU: PIR delivers lower thermal conductivity and better flame behavior than expanded polystyrene, while the hand-built reinforced form allows large and custom panel sizes that a machine EPS line cannot produce.
