Base material is cold-rolled steel sheet with outer electrostatic powder-coated finish for improved anti-corrosion property and uniform, smooth outer surface. It supports side-inlet and top-inlet two air-inlet styles. Pre-fabricated openings fit corresponding air damper, pressure frame and diffuser. It stabilizes air static-pressure before airflow enters large-size HEPA filter, forming complete high-efficiency air-supply terminal together with matched accessories for large-air-volume clean-room zones.

Large-size powder-coated plenum box has strict requirement for both coating uniformity and opening dimension tolerance. Our production following existing technical specifications helps prevent surface-coating defect and assembly-mismatch risks for large-air-volume clean-air terminals.
