Three Station Hand Wash Sink

A three station hand wash sink is a multi-person washing unit built for clean environments where several staff need to scrub at the same time between operations. It is made of 304 stainless steel with an ergonomic layout and a thickened tube support that keeps the long body stable. The basin is polished throughout with no hygiene dead corners, and non-contact activation keeps the workflow hands-free. Two back-panel options are offered - a high back panel and a low back panel - so the buyer can choose between splash protection and a slim profile. The longer body is engineered so three users can stand shoulder to shoulder without crowding the taps, which matters in scrub rooms that serve more than one operating suite, and the polished basin can be disinfected thoroughly after each shift. Standard accessories include a faucet, soap dispenser, and inlet/outlet pipes, with a water heater and an LED luxury mirror available as options. Standard widths run about 1500 x 600 x 800/1800 mm and 1800 x 600 x 800/1800 mm, sized for three simultaneous users.

In a busy operating-room turnover, the scrub room is the bottleneck: if only two staff can wash at once, the whole suite waits. The procurement logic here is throughput. A three-station unit (1500 or 1800 mm wide) lets three staff scrub in parallel between cases, which shortens room turnover more than any single-station upgrade can. The same non-contact activation runs at each of the three positions, so no staff member has to touch a shared tap. The high-versus-low back panel then lets the buyer match the unit to the room: a high back panel where scrub splashes must be contained and the wall protected, or a low back panel in rooms where the tile line continues cleanly behind the sink. Choosing the right back panel avoids either splash damage to the wall or an unnecessary visual bulk in the room.

Our stainless steel cabinets and sinks are delivered EXW (ex-works, our factory). Every unit goes through a pre-delivery inspection that covers material, welds, surface finish, and moving parts before it leaves the workshop. Products are then packed in standard protective wrapping suitable for inland container and truck transport arranged by the buyer. For customized orders, production progress (order, manufacturing, inspection, packing, loading) can be shared by photos or video on request. We do not arrange ocean freight, air freight, express, DDP or CIF terms; the buyer handles international logistics from our facility.
