Mini Pleat HEPA Filter

The Mini Pleat HEPA Filter uses a separator-free, hot-melt pleated construction in which the melt-blown media is folded into tight, evenly spaced pleats and bonded directly without the aluminum or Kraft separator foils used in conventional deep-pleat units. Removing the separators is what makes this filter thin: available depths run only 50mm, 70mm or 90mm, so the element fits into shallow holding frames and plenum sections where a 220mm deep-pleat filter simply will not fit. The housing is aluminum alloy for a rigid, corrosion-resistant frame that seals cleanly against the holding frame. The melt-blown media is set by a hot-melt process that keeps every pleat at the same spacing, which preserves uniform airflow and prevents media from touching and creating dead zones. Per the material specification, the media delivers 99% filtration efficiency for bacteria capture while keeping resistance low, and the separator-free pack still carries a substantial dust-holding volume and a high capture rate. The thin profile does not trade away performance - it concentrates the media pack into a compact depth for space-limited terminal installations. The frame corners and sealing edge sit flush against the holding grid to limit air bypass around the pack, and the hot-melt pleat spacing stays uniform across the whole media area so no high-resistance channels form as the filter loads.
