HEPA filter, also known as high-efficiency air filter, is core terminal filtration component for clean-air systems. It adopts melt-blown fabric as filter media, the same raw material used for medical-grade face masks, achieving 99% bacteria filtration efficiency with low airflow resistance. Constructed with premium aluminum alloy outer frame, it is processed by hot-melt bonding craft, featuring long service life, high dust-holding capacity and stable filtering performance. It removes fine particles and airborne contaminants from passing airflow, delivering reliable purification performance for controlled clean-air environments.

Since dimensional matching is critical for on-site installation of HEPA filters, our capability of manufacturing against existing technical requirements helps guarantee proper fit for different static pressure boxes and clean-room terminal systems. It avoids poor sealing or air-leak risks caused by mismatched dimensions during project assembly.

We can produce according to existing technical requirements based on our current product series. New-product R&D is not supported. Products will be well packed for transit. Our supported trade term is EXW. Buyers arrange pick-up at our factory premises. Production progress photos or videos can be provided upon client request.
