Deep Pleat HEPA Filter

The Deep Pleat HEPA Filter is a separator-supported high-efficiency terminal element built around a deep media pack. The melt-blown media is pleated into deep folds separated by rigid separator supports that hold each pleat at an open, uniform channel, so air flows through the full media area instead of being squeezed into narrow slots. This deep-pleat, separator construction is what gives the element its 220mm depth and its large internal volume: with more media area per square meter of face and a larger dust-holding chamber, the filter handles high airflow at an acceptable resistance and captures particulates thoroughly before the air leaves the terminal outlet. The housing is aluminum alloy, rigid and dimensionally stable under the pressure cycles of a continuous system, and the media is set by a hot-melt process that prevents pleat movement. Per the material specification, the melt-blown media delivers 99% filtration efficiency for bacteria capture, and the enlarged internal flow chamber keeps flow resistance low even as the pack loads with dust over time. The result is a high-capacity terminal element suited to cleanrooms where air volume is large and change-out intervals need to be long.

 The buyer pain this deep-pleat element solves is high airflow and heavy dust duty in large cleanrooms. A thin mini-pleat filter can meet efficiency on a small terminal face, but in Class 1,000 to 100,000 rooms with high supply volumes, a shallow pack reaches its pressure-drop limit quickly and needs frequent changes. Shipped EXW (ex-works). Each filter passes a pre-delivery inspection before dispatch. Units are packed in standard protective packaging for transport. Jinye does not arrange ocean freight, air freight, courier or DDP/CIF delivery.
