Volume Control Damper

Volume Control Damper, also known as adjustable air valve, is key air-volume regulating accessory for clean-room air-supply systems. It is installed inside static pressure box or air-duct pipeline. Manual adjustment function allows operators to modify air-passing opening degree, so as to balance air-supply uniformity and optimize static-pressure effect for each clean-room terminal air-supply outlet. Multiple standard sizes are available for matching different series of plenum boxes and ventilation pipelines in purification projects.

This accessory needs precise dimension matching with plenum-box reserved openings. Our manufacturing complying with existing technical specifications guarantees fitting performance when assembled with matched static-pressure boxes, avoiding air-leakage caused by dimensional mismatch.
