This panel uses an expanded polystyrene (EPS) core, which is well known for its low density and good thermal insulation properties. The lightweight nature of the panel makes it easy to transport, handle, and install, reducing labour costs and installation time. Despite its light weight, the EPS core provides adequate compressive strength for standard wall and roof applications in industrial and commercial buildings. The continuous lamination process ensures a uniform core and strong adhesion to the steel facings.
Flat Surface and Easy Maintenance
The steel surfaces are firmly bonded to the EPS core, resulting in a panel that is flat and free from surface irregularities. This flatness not only gives the building a neat appearance but also makes cleaning and routine maintenance simpler. The tongue-and-groove joints create tight seams that minimise air leakage, contributing to better energy efficiency in temperature-controlled spaces.

Customisation and Delivery Flexibility
Panel thickness is available in 50 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm, with a standard width of 1150 mm and custom length to suit individual building designs. Steel thickness ranges from 0.35 mm to 0.5 mm, and we offer both colour-coated and stainless steel options. Production for standard orders typically takes about 10 working days, and we keep customers informed of the production schedule. Packaging is designed to protect the panels during shipment, and loading is coordinated to match the delivery deadline.
